Quiet Progress: Building Tools That Hold

Back in the spring and quietly through the summer we hinted that something was in development. Today, we can confirm: the prototype is complete.

Built to support both frontline workers and those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, this tool has been shaped by lived experience, refined through testing, and strengthened by collaboration. It’s trauma‑informed, user‑led, and designed to reduce friction in moments that matter.

We extend our deepest thanks to the frontline workers and individuals who have freely given their time to test the prototype, and who will join us again for wider testing in December. With enormous gratitude, we also acknowledge our developers who have shared their skills and feedback freely, and are travelling from London to Manchester for the next sprint to test with broader teams.

The finer details remain under wraps, but what we can say is this: we’ve already delivered what’s needed. The work continues quietly, intentionally, and always with purpose.
