World Homeless Day! The night that seen thousands of people once again sleep rough on the streets of the UK ?
It saddens us that we continue see a rise in numbers of people resting their heads on our pavements, whilst knowing that our wonderful event to raise further awareness & to bring much needed funds, has had to be cancelled due to Covid and Manchester’s restrictions.
Despite this as usual we embraced the wet Saturday morning and took to the pavements to sit with many of our friends without homes, enjoying conversations & a warm breakfast whilst giving the many parcels from you all who continue to kindly donate. The new sleeping bags, the many hygiene products (hand towels, wash bags) & Vouchers where accepted with such gratitude.
The word from the streets to you is “Thank you everyone!” ?

Although its extremely disappointing to us with the cancelling of the event we know with the power of social media we can still bring awareness. So we continued to shout about World Homeless Day where people supported us by sharing a post, buying a Tee & sharing their personal stories!
