GATEWAY – BURNLEY

So today I was invite to the “Gateway” Burnley. Which was Fantastic!

I went to this location on an invite from Hayley who works for the Calico Group & there we met Kate, the Gateway Manager, their residents and pets!

The Flagship residence for those with Complex needs is just that the Flagship! To see the work they are doing in Burnley is inspiring. The building comprises of Laundry, Games Rooms, out door terraces, and Pent houses. 3 Step program and we got to meet some residents who where from Manchester, to hear their stories of progress and the pit falls of Greater Manchester was insightful.

I was proud that we where able to bring in a fresh way of thinking, especially for the Fundraising and conclusion of UK Brands to the group. We have always thought outside of the box and i feel this comes across to anyone our family meets!

I hope that going forward we are able to work with the group, either way I know that our conversations have not ended and that we will work alongside the talented teams under the umbrella for the foreseeable. Thank you for the offering of help, It is wonderful that our values are aligned. It is exciting!
