SEWING WORKSHOP

We are happy that we are able to confirm that we will now be offering a new workshop to your service users!

As many of you will be aware we have worked closely with THE GLAMBASSADORS over the past three years, so who better to deliver this unique program. Melissa & her team having volunteered many hours to Homeless House and our service users, we are now ready to come into your very own settings!

The workshops have been tailored for you the service provider. The six program will start with an intro in to Fashion which includes the setting up of the equipment, your service users will learn the skills for cutting of patterns, alterations etc and get the option to make their very own custom piece to keep! With the completion of the course, we will then work with them/their key worker to gain them at the very least an interview!

After weeks of planning with the team we are excited to have signed off this collaboration this morning in a coffee shop in Liverpool (over cake!) It seemed appropriate seeing as Melissa had taken the time to meet us on her Birthday!! Happy Birthday Melissa – We look forward to seeing the creations from the course & not to mention the success in new employment for the Clients!
