Four Years of Partnership, Community and Impact

At Homeless House CIC, we know that meaningful change happens when organisations come together with a shared commitment to supporting their communities.

That is why we are incredibly grateful to Proact, who this year marked their fourth consecutive year of supporting our work through the Manchester Treasure Hunt.

What began as a fundraising initiative has grown into something much bigger. It has become an opportunity for people to come together, build connections, explore Manchester and raise vital funds that help us continue supporting people facing hardship across Greater Manchester.

This year’s event saw teams take on a Mancunian history-themed challenge, navigating their way across the city by solving clues and discovering landmarks that many had never visited before. Along the way, participants experienced a different side of Manchester while working together, sharing ideas and enjoying some friendly competition.

While the treasure hunt is a fantastic day out, the impact extends far beyond the event itself.

Funds raised help us continue delivering practical support where it is needed most, including emergency aid, crisis packs, food support, outreach activities and assistance for people experiencing homelessness or financial hardship.

Partnerships like this demonstrate the power of businesses using their people, resources and community spirit to create positive social impact.

Over the last four years, Proact has consistently shown a commitment not only to supporting Homeless House CIC, but to supporting the wider community. Their ongoing partnership has helped us reach more people, respond to emerging needs and continue delivering frontline support when it matters most.
