Meet the Team: Esteban – Data & Analysis Lead

As our work continues to grow across Greater Manchester, understanding the difference we are making becomes just as important as delivering the support itself. That is why we are delighted to introduce Esteban, who supports the organisation as our Data & Analysis Lead.

Behind every successful project, partnership and community initiative is a need to understand what is working, where support is needed most and how resources can be used to create the greatest possible impact.

Esteban plays a key role in helping us do exactly that.

By transforming information into insight, he helps us better understand our activities, measure outcomes and identify opportunities to strengthen the support we provide. His work helps ensure that decisions are informed by evidence, allowing us to plan effectively and remain responsive to the needs of our communities.

For grassroots organisations, data is often seen as numbers and reports. In reality, good data tells a story. It helps us understand the people we serve, identify emerging needs and demonstrate the difference that community-led support can make.

As Homeless House CIC continues to develop new partnerships, secure funding and expand opportunities for local people, having strong analysis and insight behind our work becomes increasingly important.

Esteban brings both expertise and a genuine commitment to creating positive change, helping us build a stronger understanding of our impact and ensuring we continue to learn, improve and grow as an organisation.
